Our appointment was exactly on time. Amy listened carefully to what I asked for for my son, and kept checking with me that she was doing what I wanted. She was friendly and kind to us both. We are repeat customers and my son, my daughter and I visit regularly. We always receive great service.

Amazing job as always by Lauren on both my colour and extensions. Would highly recommend. Have had lashes here before too and they looked fantastic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I have never had a wax before but decided to have a Brazilian wax, Robyn tried a couple of different wax options as I have quite thick stubborn hair. My skin is so smooth now and I won’t need to worry about shaving any time soon! Thanks Robyn

First ever wax and Robyn was amazing! I felt so comfortable in the salon, the bed was extra wide and very sturdy so I felt safe when manoeuvring around. I have very sensitive skin and Robyn was extremely accommodating, trying three different hypoallergenic waxes. She ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would recommend The Butterfly Lounge to everyone! A very friendly, inclusive salon. There is nothing like it anywhere! Well done, Robyn. I will be booking in regularly!

Robyn was so friendly and helpful. Being only my 2nd leg wax she talked me through the whole process and I felt so comfortable. Her salon was clean, there was even a toilet to use! Would definitely recommend Robyn to anyone. 5*
