Kelly explained the whole process very carefully, how to look after my lashes and improve their condition.

Excellent as always. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure both tie and finger nails were perfect before I left, then Kelly helped me take my belongings to the car to ensure nails remained perfect. Definitely over and above. Cannot fault the service I receive here.

My first time getting dark brown lashes and I couldn’t be more in love with them. Ellis did them exactly how I had imagined and they are now my fave lashes. I’m so obsessed thank you so much🤎

Yet again a personalised treatment. There was a part that made me a bit uncomfortable, but Kelly listened and immediately adapted what she was doing to ensure I was comfortable. Really pleased with the result which has been noted by others. Thanks, as always, Kelly. 😊😊

Had my eyelashes done and they felt so soft and look great had the hybrid lashes my eyes normally suffer and get red but nothing with these and Aimee is very professional and makes you feel relaxed
