Few and far between are health care professionals who exceed expectations. Leah is one of those, incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and damn good at what she does, could not recommend her more. Truly grateful to have someone reliable to ‘fix’ all of my niggles/injuries.

Rob demonstrates and explains well all aspects of effectively exercising in the gym - all relative to my health issues. He maintains an encouraging and friendly manner.

I am really enjoying training with Rob. He pushes me way out of my comfort zone every week, and at the same time explains the overall plan for each session and each individual exercise clearly and precisely, so I know what to do when I am in the gym by myself. I love the mix of different training plans which I can use between PT sessions. I'm trying things I have never done before, so the training is both mentally and physically challenging. I am aiming to get back to consistency in my training and I know I can get there with Rob's help.
