Amazing as always - Zen is like no other! I can always notice such a massive difference in my body after a Myofascia release massage, seriously my body is thankful. I recommend to all, you never realise just how much tension you’re holding until one of these releases. Thank you 🙏🏽

Zen is incredible! Each time I have had a session with him, although there is a fair bit of pain involved, I feel results. When I first came to Zen I had issues with my hips which led to ankle and foot problems and I had so much foot pain. He helped me walk correctly and get my mobility back. Although I have moved away from the Gold Coast, when I come to visit I make time to have a session because it does me good and I feel renewed and flexible again. The new space is great too! I like that Zen is always improving the quality of his service and experience. Thanks Zen! You're amazing!

Zen is highly gifted at what he does. Since I have been going to him in April I have noticed the biggest improvement in my ability to exercise and feel good in my body. Any concerns you have, he has a solution and provides a personalised approach. Nothing is ever too hard or an issue. Zen provides world class treatment and I couldn’t recommend him enough 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Such a great environment to relax and recover. The saunas were hot, clean and spacious and the ice baths were cold! It was good have a few different temperature ice baths to be able to work up to the coldest. Thanks Darragh, we’ll see you next time!!

I can’t recommend myofascial release massage with Zen enough! After struggling for over a year with a bulged disc injury and severe sciatic pain, Zen has not only helped me become pain free in my day-to-day movement and activities, but I went from not being able to run, to now running 25km a week without any pain, all in the space of only 4 months. Bodi recovery Hub is so good is it helps release the pain out of my body for me to keep moving forward with my daily life. Highly recommend to go to get your body moving without pain
