had an unreal leg session with matty this week! he is super knowledgeable, encouraging and super motivating as a trainer. gave me super helpful information to walk away with and take into my future sessions. couldn't recommend him enough :)

Was great training with Matty after a while out of the gym Matt took it easy but was still a burner of a workout really great to train with someone that works on form as well as putting the session together very very happy 😊

My session with Matty this morning was a game changer! Matt is very knowledgeable and broke down exactly what we were doing and why, gave me queues as I was completing each exercise and pushed me knowing my capabilities. I can’t recommend Matt enough, great coach. Highly recommend

I had a great experience training with Matt. As someone getting back into training I really appreciated Matt’s patience and willingness to slow things down and work through the correct form with me. Matt is a wealth of knowledge so if you want a trainer that knows his stuff and will challenge and push you (in a good way) he’s your guy. Highly recommend!

I travelled up from Canberra to Sydney for a PT with Matty on the recommendation of my coach and he was WELL worth the journey! I have been training for quite a few years now and have always struggled with my glute mind- muscle connection on certain exercises. Matty tweaked my form and gave me loads of useful tips and I felt my glutes burnnnn on exercises I usually can’t feel them on at all. If you’re feeling frustrated with your glute training/ development I HIGHLY recommend him. Already looking forward to my next Sydney trip thanks Matty!

First time training with Matt, trained legs and had the best experience. The knowledge and structure he works through every set is incredible. Matt demonstrates each exercise before jumping straight in, and will make sure your posture and technique is right before going into the exercise.best 1 hour leg session I have had in a long time.
