His approach is authoritative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained the correct practice for each exercise, giving me a variety of exercises I can do at home and in the gym. Fab setting and gorgeous little clinic/gym! Andrew was super knowledgeable and really friendly! Great chat whilst he worked his magic on my tight calves, quads and glutes!
