I had my first strength session with Andy today. He expertly targeted the areas I need to focus on to strengthen my knee joints. The session was tough - that's what I need! His approach is authoritative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained the correct practice for each exercise, giving me a variety of exercises I can do at home and in the gym. Fab setting and gorgeous little clinic/gym! Andrew was super knowledgeable and really friendly! Great chat whilst he worked his magic on my tight calves, quads and glutes! First ever sports massage with Andy, have been struggling with a few niggles over the last few months. After a couple of days since the massage, and a couple of workouts at the gym, I'm already feeling looser in my muscles. Andy was friendly, informative and professional would recommend and will definitely go back.
