Great thought out session tailored to my specific needs whilst protecting and strengthening my injures. Lauren’s knowledge and experience really shined through when demonstrating, explaining and simplifying each exercise. Her motivation also kept pushing me through until the end. Fantastic, modern and clean facilities at such a cheap price. Can’t recommend enough!

Great first session. I’ve never set foot in a gym or ever been interested in exercising and after hitting 40 and 3 kids later I want to get into shape. Such a relaxed positive environment. Highly recommended and will be going again
