Myself and my partner visited Bodyroll studio for our first session totally unsure what to expect. I have to say the whole experience was amazing. Triin, who owns the studio is so welcoming and approachable. She talked us through what we would do during the session and how the whole process works, so very knowledgeable. She made us feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout. Absolutely loved the session, will be recommending to family and friends and we will most definitely be back!! Thank you Triin. 😊

I had gastric sleeve surgery 8 weeks ago and today I had a session at bodyroll. My long term aim is to tone up and feel healthier in myself on my weightloss journey. Triin is so friendly and knowledgeable. She makes you feel so comfortable. I’m looking forward to my weekly sessions.

I have been coming to Bodyroll once a week for 7 weeks now. The sessions are great not only for recovery for sport and gym work but also relaxing. The machines are easy to navigate and you are told which area you are going to work. After every session I feel so calm and relaxed.

Another great session at Bodyroll…thoroughly recommend for post run/gym full body recovery……

First time here Trinn the owner was so lovely explaining everything great experience will definitely keep going if your thinking about going give it a go

Absolutely love it - I love the product and the environment at Bodyroll. It's simple and easy to use with clear instructions and explanations if you need them. Triin makes everybody feel so welcome and I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and like I've done something good to my body. I have booked in on repeat!!

I had not been for 8 days so could not wait to get back , amazing as always and always so lovely to chat with Triin too .
