Incredibly knowledgable care. An injury that I had come to think of as chronic and that has left many a physio scratching their heads in bafflement was immediately diagnosed and I’m getting treatment and an exercise programme that are helping. I had more of less given up hope and now after just three weeks of treatment I’m able to run again. I also have an improved understanding of the mechanics lying behind my injury and why the treatments and exercises are helping the way they are. I am so happy to have found M20!

I’ve been seeing Ryan for a few months, initially for knee/joint pain, which was causing a lot of discomfort. He took the time to understand the situation and mechanics and has helped to manage it using various treatments resulting in a definite improvement in pain levels. Alongside the treatment I am now having regular strength and conditioning sessions with him to help build a strong foundation, prevent further injuries and to work on the fitness goals that I would like to achieve. knee problems much improved, both flexibility & strength & control - been fortnightly visits now moving to monthly strength tests to keep me on the straight & narrow - very detailed tests allow you to see exactly how much you're progressing - great experience.
