Great, just what I needed

Excellent initial massage. All my existing problem areas were incorporated into the massage effortlessly & extra degrees of movement added with no discomfort & explanations of muscles being worked on explained. Chris recommended suitable extra exercises as we went along too. A very good experience which will definitely be repeated in the near future.

Chris is friendly and professional and takes time to find out what the issue is, he also gives you some exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments.
