As always - lovely experience with the staff. This is the first time I’ve been in the salon with the trainer present. Just want to add that would be good if the trainer would ask clients if they are ok for trainees to do their hair. I wasn’t really given the option to say no. Not that I would have, but would have appreciated being asked before the trainer pushed the stylist who was in the middle of shampooing my hair, out of the way. The trainer was great, but the trainer could do with some training around consent.

Today was a return visit for me and the first time for my teenager. My hair is perfect, as usual and my daughter’s gorgeous. Her highlights look natural and it’s every thing she wanted and more. The apprentices, Miriam and Stella did a gorgeous blow out on both of us. Love, love, love this salon.

I had a beautiful friendly young woman trim my hair today. She was so helpful and offered advice about my dry hair issue. I was asked by another lovely lady if I would like a cuppa. The end result was perfect. My overall experience was very positive with this salon, and I will definitely be a returning client.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Diamond Cut and working with stylist B. From the initial consultation to the final result, B was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen to my preferences and delivered a stunning short hairstyle that exceeded my expectations. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience a joy. While I was slightly surprised by the price, Bs exceptional service and outstanding results made it well worth it and I would highly recommend B to anyone seeking a change of style or in need of a regular salon.

Purchased the monthly blow dry package. Love getting my hair washed and blow dried. Looking salon fresh all the time.

Although the salon was very busy I never felt forgotten. Allisa the 1st yr apprentice dud a great job with my colour, was very professional & pleasant & didn't take offence when I told her I was not a chatty person. She was well checked & supervised by her seniors so I felt my hair was cared for. Debbie of course did a wonderful cut & overall care of me as her client.

Lovely experience. Angelina is a fantastic hairdresser. She always does a wonderful job with my curly hair and is great with my kids too. Everyone at the salon is very friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Teneale has been my hairdresser for more than 10 years now. From long hair to short and back again, coloured, foiled, and growing into my greys, she always gets it right which is why I keep coming! Her salon is modern, comfortable, clean and bright. Teneale is always friendly, compassionate, helpful and professional and her hair advice is always spot on. Can't recommend Teneale and Vanity Hair Lounge enough!

I didn’t realise that my old hairstylist actually recommended her clients here, complete coincidence. Great salon. Kenzie cut my hair and was engaging and professional. I am very happy with my haircut.

We struggled to find a salon who understood our family's hair needs. We have a son with gorgeous curls and other salons we visited just cut them off. The sylists at Polaris never compromised his curls during our visits. Will continue to support this salon.
