It's always a beautiful experience having my hair done at Encore with Nicole and Allera. Best hair ever in the beautiful salon. Always come out feeling pampered and looked after. My hair has never been in such great condition.

Purchased the monthly blow dry package. Love getting my hair washed and blow dried. Looking salon fresh all the time.

I had my first appointment today and was so pleased with the service provided by Kim. I've finally found a hairdresser who listens to what I want and goes over and above to give me exactly what I asked for. Have already booked a return visit and thoroughly recommend this salon.

Teneale has been my hairdresser for more than 10 years now. From long hair to short and back again, coloured, foiled, and growing into my greys, she always gets it right which is why I keep coming! Her salon is modern, comfortable, clean and bright. Teneale is always friendly, compassionate, helpful and professional and her hair advice is always spot on. I have been to the salon twice now after moving to Ipswich. Both times I have been very happy with my hairdresser and will come back.

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x
