The service I received from Claudia was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, warm, and friendly, with great attention to detail - after cutting my hair to the agreed length, she double-checked if I was happy or wanted it shorter, which I did. I brought my own hair products, and Claudia had no issues using them. Makayla even called before my appointment to confirm it was okay and explained their products too. Everyone, including her colleague, was very friendly, making the experience even better. I look forward to visiting again!

The dye retouch sevice was done well and i quite like the attention to detail with removing dye from my skin. The blow dry could have been a bit nicer, the brush caught on my ears a few times which was a bit uncomfortable and the brushing through my hair was a bit too vigorous. Overall a good experience though i enjoyed the minimal conversation as im not very talkative

We made a booking with fairly short notice. Unfortunately the time allocated was not available for the particular style service. The team contacted us to coordinate a time that worked and were extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. The service in the salon was also fantastic. Definitely recommend and will return 👌

My Hair Stylist Mikayla was absolutely amazing today. The whole atmosphere in the salon was very calming and chilled vibes all the stylists were all very attentive to their clients & so helpful. I haven't step foot in a salon for over a year due to ill health. I originally wanted an eyebrow wax and tint. The girls were sop friendly and helpful and put me at ease immediately I decided to get my first hair style.( with a lot of advice from my stylist) THANKYOU .... AND I got an amazing deal.on the right products to use on my hair to start my repair journey. The best experience with amazing staff

Called before 12:15 to see if any availability and they were able to squeeze me in at 1:30 to straighten my hair 2nd time only here and both experiences have been outstanding Both staff very knowledgeable and skilled at their profession My new local hair salon because price is also affordable for me Just exceptional customer service and professional staff too

I've been taking mum here and she just loves the ladies that serve her...they do what she wants with hair and comes out if the salon like a million dollars...mums in a wheelchair and the ladies are so kind and customer service with a smile the s so awesome...these days it's so hard to get great customer service...I recommend Gaye's Hair Fashions to anyone...you will not be disappointed❤️
