Harvey is an excellent Barber. He is friendly, welcoming, makes you feel very comfortable and easy to chat to. I typically hate going to a Barber or hairdresser but Harvey is a class above and I highly recommend him and his services.

I am so impressed with Byanca’s new salon. It’s clean and fresh and the perfect place to relax.. I had a full head of blonde foils, and she did such an incredible job. Her natural ability to make you feel at ease, and the knowledge she has about hair, colour and cut just shows how much experience she has.. couldn’t be happier thanks B xx

As a guy going to a salon for the first time, it was a fantastic experience! Everyone made me feel very welcome and looked after; I had a personal consultation on how to best work with my problem hair from the salon manager Stephen, the final result was outstanding! It was well worth it, will be back again for sure.

Very new to the area and Papillon was the first salon to try. I hit the jackpot! It was truly the best experience I have ever had at a salon. I was made to feel so welcome on arrival and left feeling like an old friend. Deborah is an incredible hair stylist. She listened to the ideas I had for my colour and new style and she used her expertise to tweak taking into consideration my skin tone and hair type. I have never felt so considered by a stylist in my entire life! I absolutely love my new style and colour. Extra points for also being great company and very entertaining.

I've been visiting Papillon for years, but during my recovery from cancer treatment, I've been working with Steph to find a sense of style while my hair grows back. Steph is along the journey with me, she's so excited for each of my little milestones and she's teaching me about curls. Most importantly, my hairstyle now looks 'on purpose', I no longer look like a cancer patient and people compliment my haircut more now than they did when it was long. If you're struggling to find a style that suits you, visit the team at Papillon, they are great stylists and importantly, great people.
