Kate has been my hairdresser for over 5 years now. I have followed her from salon to salon- so happy to have her back in Canmore and in her own salon too! Her colours and cuts are fantastic, she listens to me and achieves exactly what I want!!!!!

Leesa has been my hairdresser for about 2 years now. Great personality and VERY good at what she does. Experienced and akways good at changing up my style if I want ti have a different look.I am moving back to Edmonton but I will still drive to Canmore just to have her look after my locks!

This Salon is awesome! Every hairstylist is personable and welcoming. I usually see Kate and she is always amazing at getting the hairstyle I want. I like a natural look and she nails it everytime. Whether it's colour or just a cut, I am always stoked with the results! They also offer refreshments and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable!

I thought my hair was ruined from having done my hair at home from drugstore boxes ( pretty much orange and yellow hair) . Then I met Tiffany who was so patient and put loads of foils in my hair and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Tiffany is amazing! And one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Everyone is lovely in this salon. Thank you , Tiffany, I am so happy to have such beautiful highlights and hair color.

I've seen both Kate & Leesa at Lighthouse and they are both equally wonderful and talented! This isn't just a salon, it feels like you're hanging out with friends, getting your hair done. The best part: you leave looking and feeling like a million bucks. Super talented color corrections, blonde specialists, and all the trendiest cuts! Go!

I loved the entire experience at the salon. The place has a wonderful vibe and Leesa made it a memorable one. She is a great professional and extensive knowledge about her work. After a year and a half of avoiding the scissors, I finally got my hair cut at Hair and Beauty in the Woods in Spring Creek, Canmore, and wow, was it worth the wait! Nadine worked her magic, and my hair looks amazing—even for someone like me who’s not great with change. She was quick, friendly, and her attention to detail was spot on. I got a haircut about four months ago. It was a disaster. I came here to Canmore for a holiday. We were walking by hair and beauty in the woods. My husband said why don’t you stop in there the best decision I’ve ever made. Nadine she cut my hair exactly how I asked it was the best haircut I’ve had in many years.
