I’ve been on the hunt for a great hair salon since I moved to Niagara Falls, and Fresha led me straight to Rustic Roots Hair Lounge. Jennie gave me a fantastic haircut, and Heather did an amazing job with my hairstyling. They’re both incredible! I absolutely love my new look, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks a bunch, Jennie and Heather!

Jennie and Heather are always so pleasant and fun. They’re always smiling and make their salon so welcoming, and Jennie has always done beyond fantastic work with my hair! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I was referred to Heather by family of a friend of mine, as I’m visiting from out of town, and needed to freshen my cut, and hadn’t had time. I am SOOO GRATEFUL!! I am SOO HAPPY with the magic she did with my hair. She listened to what I needed, and absolutely came through beyond what I could have hoped for. My hair has life again! I would recommend her to anyone, as she takes feedback, offers great suggestions, and the atmosphere they’ve created at their new salon is WONDERFUL!! THANK YOU!!

Amazing experience as a first time client. Heather took care of me. Gave me for what I asked for which was a refresher haircut. I opted in for a hair wash and it was incredible. It felt amazing. I definitely will be returning! :)

Jennie did my hair and she did an awesome job! I had highlights and curtain bangs done in the GTA, and they didn’t leave the foils on top long enough and my bangs were too blunt and she fixed it exactly how I wanted them. 10/10!

I had my hair done by Chelsea today and she did a fabulous job! I was looking for something new and a refresh and she exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgeable and professional. The salon is beautiful and in a very convenient location and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I was so delighted to have had a consultation prior to my styling. It was well worth it. I was in need of a huge clean up and left feeling refreshed, and revitalized. My hair not only looks healthy but is on the right track to staying that way. I will be back for regular upkeep after not finding any other suitable stylists that fit my needs and personal style. 10/10 Also the salon is sooo cute, feels like a lil slice of home.

Great service! I am thrilled with the cut and the colour is surprisingly fresh and fun (I don’t generally colour my hair—so any change is a big departure for me!). I am travelling from Nova Scotia for work, and had to choose a new salon to take a chance on—I’m so glad I chose KLSS. Ana was delightful, and I’m loving this shaggy pixie so much! Great job helping this random stranger feel like herself again 💕. I’ll see you again in November!

Arrived early for appointment and was offered a delicious cup of coffee. Very comfortable new chairs at new sinks. The salon is always beautifully decorated. I walk out of there feeling so renewed with Kevin’s artistic hairdo.

Our family has nothing but good comments about this Salon. Our hair cuts are to our liking every time. The salon is conveniently located. A bonus is the place is clean, comfortable and prices are great.

This was my first cut by Kayla. I enjoyed our conversation while she attended to my hair. She included all my requests in the style. My looks are closer to Hugh Jackman than I've ever experienced! Kevin Lunn's Salon presents a very welcoming and comfortable environment. Jason, the Salon Coordinator, makes me feel more like a house guest than a client. I was fortunate to be referred here after the pandemic and it's in my neighbourhood too!
