I had a wonderful experience at Venus and Victotia Salan and Spa. My hair Stylist Samantha was amazing she talked to me smd gave me suggestions on how tk cut hair based on the texture of my hair and my hair is very thick, she cut ✂️ my hair to give me layered look where my hair has a nice flow to it. She was very knowledgeable about hair styles and and hair suggestions for kind of my hair which is very thick. I booked an appointment with Anissa for a balayage colouring treatment. She is so precise and determined to do a great job all the while being extremely personable and making the whole experience fun while maintaining a great sense of professionalism. I’m quite particular when it comes to my hair and don’t trust many people with it (and when searching for a good colourist and stylist, I’ve recently come up short), but I plan on booking with her every time—even if it means I have to wait a little longer, rather than booking with just anyone at any salon.

Fiona has been colouring my hair for over 3 years now and she has expertly guided me through all of my phases (blond balayage, natural hair colour with management of roots, and now grey-blending). I highly recommend her! Also, the salon is newly renovated and bright and the Olenza team is friendly and welcoming, which makes for an overall great experience.

Booked an appointment to get a colour correction, Molly was absolutely phenomenal, she was kind and patient. I have tons of hair so this was a 4 hour process! The end was result was amazing!! I’m beyond happy. The salon is beautiful and the staff are so kind and welcoming. I am definitely making this place my go to moving forward!!

After a terrible colour experience at a different salon that left me in tears, Iryna saved my hair! It was a challenging request but she listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job of fixing my colour. I left feeling so much better. The receptionist was also very friendly and warm, adding to the positive experience. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

I took my 4yo daughter for her first haircut, and from the moment we walked in, Oksana and her team made my daughter feel comfortable. It was more emotional for me, as her mother, but the entire experience was wonderful. Roots touch up turned out great and I like how the colourist, Daniella, makes sure they ask you about your hair history etc. Wash/blow dry (although Robert was very professional) is not worth $50. I expected more of a styled look with smaller brushes, as my hair has no layers. Other salons have done this with no issues although I know layers would be best, my hair has always looked better after wash/blow dry then what I got today. I should have spoken up. The overall experience itself was great. Thank you.
