It is the best salon I've ever been to, Andy is exceptionally professional and he fully understood what we needed. From now on， we will only come to this salon to have our hair done. I believe it is the best in Vancouver in terms of environment and technology.

I had such a great experience at the salon. GiHye was professional,listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She listened and also gave feedback regarding the style that would suite my face. Since it was my first time at the salon , she was friendly and warm. I will definitely book my next appointment with her and also refer my friends and family to GiHye.

I had a fantastic experience at the salon today! Kyla did an amazing job with my hair styling. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Sayuri was so gentle and kind! My haircut looks amazing!!! The area was so peaceful and serene which I adore! I will miss sayuri because she will be leaving. I love this salon and definitely recommend, the services were fabulous. They r so friendly!

Phenomenal service! This was my first experience with this salon and from the moment you walk in until the end you will leave so happy and satisfied with your new hair. Lay did an incredible job with my hair. She patiently listened as I explained what I wanted and addressed my hair concerns. I left feeling confident and thrilled with my new hairstyle. Lay also recommended some fantastic products for my thinning hair. I highly recommend Muse to anyone!

The experience was wonderful. My daughter was nervous going to a new salon and the environment was inviting and the stylist was very kind. My daughter’s haircut was great and she said she would like to go back. I would also like to try a lot of the services available, staff were very informative and helpful with my questions.

The salon was very nice and clean. I came in for a shampoo and style. Hailey was the sweetest and made my hair look and feel amazing. I'm on day three and my hair still looks great. Such a great vibe! Would recommend.

This our third time in this salon. I used to have a lot of trouble finding a good hairdresser for my 9 yo son, and I finally found it here! Shima is an excellent hairdresser, extremely kind and very friendly. He always makes sure that you are comfortable with his work and that you are happy. Highly recommended!!

I went to the salon to get highlights and bleach on my hair, and the experience was so good! Sayuri was so kind and gentle!!🌟 moreover, the result was more gorgeous and amazing than I expected!! It was a decent and pleasant getting a service here! I got my hair permed by a stylist named Kyla, and she actively listened to me and discussed all she knew. As I basically visit a hair salon once a year, I prefer getting my hair designed in a way to be sustained over time. It looked a little awkward and off the way to me at first, so I had get some modification. Thanks to her prompt action and feedback, now—10 days later—I can tell it’s changing to the style I was looking for. The other staff were also cooperative and warm. I am so much satisfied.

This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

I was here about a week ago with Tomoni for a bang perm. My hair has always had trouble keeping a perm, so a couple days after the initial appointment, I noticed that my perm was straightening out again. Calling the salon for a complementary fix was extremely easy. I didn't want to be a "Karen" but they didn't hesitate to book me for a second appointment to redo it at no extra charge. Tomoni was just as kind, patient and diligent as last time and I received a head massage again too. I really recommend this salon. It's clear they value customer satisfaction!

The salon is very clean and beautifully designed. My hairstylist, Hinako, is a very talented artist and was able to give me the exact haircut and style that I wanted. I highly recommend this salon!

Alyssa always does a great cut; always exactly what I want. I decided to grow my curly/wavy grey hair to waist length. Alyssa has always been supportive, and my hair looks and feels amazing. The staff at this Salon are wonderful and have created a comfortable environment that captures an 'old school' vibe of great service, great conversation and a relaxing space to enjoy top-notch service.

Went in for a half head color + quick haircut and Paula was PHENOMENAL. She did a great job lifting my virgin black hair and the blue at the end made me feel so beautiful and business chic. The salon is also such an inclusive and great space. They have the best mascot-Prince- to say hi!

Absolutely Amazing! I haven’t gone to a salon in such a long time, and so I was really nervous about going to somewhere new, but Ayumi was absolutely amazing, not only did she do my hair exactly the way that I wanted it, but she really cared about helping me get my hair healthy and keep it healthy. She also was just a beauty to get to know, and I’m super excited to come back to her for maintenance and any other future hair endeavours 💜 Thank you Ayumi!!

Had great experience at VSalon today with Hisako as my stylist! I’ve been doing my own haircut since the pandemic and it was my first time to do it in the salon in Canada. Didn’t expect there was a shampoo with massage and it was really relaxing! The haircut was great too and she asked for my preference and told me if it’s doable given my uneven haircut before. Will surely be back and recommend this salon!
