I can't thank Elisa enough, I love love love my new hair cut and how patien Elisa was with me as I talk a lot. Will definitely be recommending her as well as the salon to others. Great service and a happy, f salon all around and very very happy customer.

My first time visiting The Coven and I’ll definitely be coming back as my go to nail salon. Staff are so lovely and welcoming always offering a drink on arrival and making you feel so comfortable. My nail tech Inna has given me the most beautiful nails. You can tell she values precision and attention to detail. She was always checking if I was happy along the process. Thank you so much Inna. Another great appointment with Steph based at The Room, Berryfields. This salon has a lovely atmosphere and Steph is always very welcoming. Lots of thought and planning was put into my hair colouring as it hasn’t been coloured for many years. The result is fabulous, finished as always with a lovely cut. Thank you Staph x

Another perfect cut and colour. Tracy is the best hairdresser I've ever had and I would not go anywhere else. She really understands hair and what it needs and her knowledge and styling skills are phenomenal. If you consistently want to look your best this is the place to go. Do not let the hospital location put you off. General public are very welcome and there's parking facilities all around the hospital as well as at the Asda across the road. Look for the Oasis cafe in the hospital the salon is just opposite.

Amazing service from Vanessa, as always. She has been my hairdresser for many years now, having previously never found a hairdresser that left me fully happy with my haircut, she was something of a revelation, and after the first cut I never looked back. She's very conscientious, listens to my needs and I end up with my hair looking exactly the way I imagined it. She's also a lovely, bubbly and friendly person, and her salon is gorgeous, and always fresh and clean. And the coffee is delicious! I look forward to many more years of first class service. When you find a good hairdresser yiu don't let them go. Tracy has styled my hair for many years and l now make the hour plus journey to her salon. Always an enjoyable experience and my hair is cut and styled as l want it. Throughly prioessional service.

Lovely home salon, friendly and experienced. Very good with curly hair!

From beginning to end I felt very comfortable, the Salon is beautiful with great coffee! Tyanah is very knowledgable and coloured my hair in a way that I hadn’t had it coloured before. Amazing cut and style afterwards. Can’t wait to go back.

Steph did a great job with my 3 year old daughter’s hair. She was quick and efficient, keeping her engaged and was finished before she had the chance to get bored. I wish I could take her there for every hair wash and avoid the usual battles as she loves sitting in the special hair wash chair.😂 We will definitely be returning and my daughter loves going for a proper salon experience.

Rebecca is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. She gave me a transformation that I have needed for the last year after having a baby and going through postpartum hair loss and a regrowth which left me feeling really deflated. Rebecca's home from home approach gave me a really relaxing feel coupled with her professionalism and beautiful home salon which made gave a bespoke, salon like experience tailored just for me. This was our daughters 1st experience at a salon for a haircut so she was excited but quite nervous of what to expect. Steph was very friendly and welcoming and talked her through everything. Steph regularly checked with our daughter that she was happy with how her hair was and also with myself. Steph has done an amazing job and was very thorough with ensuring the best results. Our daughter and myself are thrilled with her haircut and will 100% be coming again.
