Great haircut, thank you. A fantastic new look salon is a bonus and well worth a visit. You always get a quality service from G's and at a reasonable price. The whole booking process makes the visit that much slicker. Absolutely recommended.

This was my first express curly cut but I have been having Lottie's curly cuts for several months. Lottie's haircuts are always of high quality and she is very knowledgeable which helps with cutting and styling decisions. My hair always looks lovely afterwards. The salon has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere as well. I would highly recommend.

Hair wash was below usual standard. Water ran down over my face while hair was rinsed. Girl did not tell me when she was applying conditioner and did not offer a head massage. However hair cut and styling was excellent.

I had a satisfying experience at the CHANGES today.This was my first hair colour appointment because of which I was really nervous. However Sophie, my hair stylist became my saviour. She was very friendly and made me comfortable throughout the process. I had already given her reference video and she did exactly the same for me which made my day.

Great experience. The lovely lady that washed my hair actually spent a good few minutes cleaning my hair and scalp properly which felt amazing. The foot stool while getting my hair washed is such a lovely touch to make clients more comfortable. The lady who styled my hair was so accommodating and kind. She listened to me and what I wanted. My hair looked incredible and curls lasted all day. The best £50 I have spent in a very long time. I will be back as I had such an incredible experience.

Absolutely love my brows by Louise 💖 Louise is so kind & professional and really takes into account your brow goals, future hair colours etc. I started off with ombré brows but have gone for combination this time and I just can’t get over how much of a difference they have made. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows , if anyone is thinking of booking - you will not regret it plus the salon is stunning and so well kept and all the girls are so welcoming, thanks Lou your the best xxx

My first appointment at the salon and I booked with Caroline based on the reviews. It was a good decision. She really listened to what I was unhappy about with my hair, and I absolutely love the colour and cut that she gave me. I’ve already booked to go back.

The salon was lovely and cool and atmosphere it always nice lovely cup of coffee and hot chocolate so nice to catch up with Toni who is so professional and makes me feel so nice about my hair.

I have had my hair cut and styled a couple of times by Anna, and every time she provides a fantastic service and is so lovely. The customer service at Changes is amazing, you can tell they really care about their clients. I recommend Changes to anyone looking for a new salon!
