Amazing! I booked a consultation at Max’s in the hope that a new salon could bring my hair back from dark to light and improve the plain cut. From that first meeting, Max and Billy listened carefully to what I wanted and shared their expert advice on how to achieve the look and were not daunted by the task in hand! Billy is a colour genius - he is an artist and a true talent - and the cut from Max was beautiful - for many years my long hair has just been trimmed but Max actually takes the time to add real style and finesse to get the best out of the hair. He really knows what he is doing.

Emily fitted my daughter in at short notice due to my little girl deciding to try and give her self a hair cut!!Emily was amazing with her especially with my little girl being quite fidgety, she took her time and let me little girl know that there was no rush!!

I have been to Max twice and cannot wait to return. I feel well groomed, elegant, stylish and my hair looks fabulous. Don't hesitate book an appointment this is where you need to be for a perfect cut which will be far superior to any other salon in Beverley! Thank you Max

I visited the salon for 'just' a wash and blow dry as I was in Beverley for an event. I was made to feel so special even though I was only visiting as a one off. The attention to listen to what I wanted, explain what would work with my current cut and then give me the most wonderful hair for the day was exemplary. I also got some great tips on looking after my hair longer term and how to style it. I was thoroughly impressed with the salon, the styling and the friendly welcome. If I am ever in the area, I shall definitely be back! Thank you.

Max, always the very best experience being in the amazing salon. So much to really enjoy and indulge. Not sure which is best, but barista coffee on arrival, sublime hair washing with superb Davines organic hair products and finally an amazing barbers chair to relax, chat and enjoy one of the very best stylists I have ever known. Max Nicholson is pure magic for your hair.

From walking in the door of the lovely salon to leaving it was great and I am so happy with my hair. . Have already made my next appointment.
