Excellent experience at JRW hair studio today. Thorough consultation, relaxing hair wash and massage , expert cut. I feel so relived as I thought I had lost my curls. 100% recommend to others with curly hair. Salon has a really chilled out feel to it too. Definitely returning

Today was my first time in the salon. The experience was amazing. Shelley coloured and cut my hair, and throughout the process explained what she was doing, giving hair advice along the way. Nothing was rushed and I was made to feel more like a friend rather than “another client “ on a conveyer belt. I am so pleased with my colour and cut. Shelley is a professional who obviously loves her job and takes much pride in her work. She really is inspiring and ought to be extremely proud of what she’s achieved. My only gripe is that I wish I’d found her years ago 😂 I won’t be going anywhere else.

Jamie was fantastic and was extremely knowledgeable with my hair type which is naturally curly hair. My hair never looked so good in its natural state. I would highly recommend Jamie and he’s salon to anyone whom has got that type hair. You will not believe how incredible your hair can look!!!!

Shelly is outstanding in every aspect of her salon and people skills. I did read the most horrid and unjustified review. Left by I suspect “someone with a lot of jealousy” and not by this person’s actual experience. At Shellys salon as I have been a hairdresser and tv/film artist for over 30 years. I deal with Hollywood actors on a weekly basis. I can speak as someone with high knowledge of the Hair world. Shelly’s hair colouring is of the highest level. My teenage daughter has left Shelly’s salon tonight. Delighted with her hair colour/cut and feeling her lack of confidence ..disappear 🥳🥳

Sophie is an amazing and highly qualified hairdresser, she gets to know her clients and their likes and dislikes and is honest with what will and won't work. I highly recommended Salon Chic, you are in very safe hands.

Sophie is great, I wouldn’t let anyone else do my extensions! Going to her salon is like going to a friends house for a good catch up, only with the added bonus of leaving with a new hairstyle too. :)

My first visit to JRW and I had a cut and colour with Julie. I also had an Aveda treatment which Julie was able to advise which would be best for my hair type etc although I didn’t feel pressured at all to add this on. I have been looking for a new salon for awhile and can honestly say that I felt Julie spent time making sure the products she used would suit my needs and also time making sure the cut and finish was perfect! I’ll definitely be returning.
