I was lucky that I was able to get a last minute appointment before my holiday the next day. Gina was great, very professional and friendly. She kindly let me bring my mobility scooter into the salon to avoid the rain. I got gel extensions with rose gold-esque chrome, they lasted really well, none popped off and I got several compliments.

Lovely massage and facilities. There are a few small touches that could be improved, I was given one thin towel for use at both the pool and for the shower afterwards. I expected a bathrobe and slippers given I was booked for a treatment or at least a second fresh towel to use for the shower. There was weirdly a bottle of hand wash provided in the shower and the hair/body wash was in the toilet. Also, there is no phone reception at all, it would have been good to be told this and given the WiFi code when checking in. A bit more attention to detail would have made it an excellent experience.

This was my first time at the Hair Retreat and Roza was lovely. I am very happy with my hair and the salon is in a beautiful location with plenty of parking. Would recommend.

Had treatments by both Cara and Beatrice as well as hair by Michelle. As ever, great service, aimed to please and always leave happy. No complaints with my lunch in Symonds. So glad I found the Hamptons!!

Had my eyelashes done here at the salon yesterday afternoon for the first time with Sophie . Made me feel completely comfortable and spoke thoroughly about what eyelash style would be ideal for me. Left the salon very happy with the service and my eyelashes !! Will defo continue going to Sophie for my lashes ! Beautiful salon too.

Hannah has been doing my nails for a while now and they always look fabulous. It's always an enjoyable experience, not only because of Hannah, but also because of the atmosphere at the salon. I come away having spent an very enjoyable couple of hours. I'm glad they don't charge me for the laughter, as I would be bankrupt.
