Courtney is so wonderful. She always does a great job on my hair and I leave the salon feeling happy and confident. I feel like Courtney always has time to listen to what I want, and gives her professional opinion to make my hair look it's best.

It was my first time at the salon. I was booked in with Jo. We had a good chat about the style I wanted and I felt she really listened. I left the salon very happy with hair cut I'm delighted with and I have already booked to see Jo again in 6 weeks.

Laura was great as usual but especially because she was very patient and considerate with my very nervous niece. I highly recommend the salon and Laura if you have sensory or social anxiety issues. The products are all fragrance-free and the experience was very nurturing. Plus we all loved our hair cuts!

I had never had a facial before but Jess put me at ease & I enjoyed the.experience. I chose the relax & unwind which was nice. My only criticism is trying to relax when you can hear hairdryers & conversation from the salon is a bit off putting

Angie understands my curly hair and I always enjoy visiting for a good hair cut and catch up. I've been going to Halo for a while now. Angie knows how I like my hair and suggests new products to try to help with managing the curl. Angie listens to what you want and how you what it to be in the end, as she understands how my hair reacts to a cut. Angie is accommodating and will make appointments work with busy day to day life. The salon is in a great easy location and has a lovely fun feel. 😀

Chloe was brilliant, she thought very carefully about how to colour my hair using natural products and took great care to get the right result. I was so pleased with how she coloured my hair. Everyone at the salon was so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Amazing haircut with Steph. My first curly cut. She took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and explained the process of the cut. She showed me how to style it and gave me aftercare instructions. I can't believe how curly my hair is! The salon itself is lovely and calm, a really relaxing place to be.

The only salon for curly hair. They don't just say they cut curly hair they are each specialists in curly hair. I only need a haircut every few months so the price initially seems a bit pricey but a bargain when only needed 4-5 times a year. A big shout out to Lucy and Renee.

I have avoided salons for decades due to having bad experiences with my curly hair. I finally mustered up the courage to visit Tamed and Wild after reading loads of positive reviews. I have super curly hair and after a recent influx of new hair growth it needed some attention. I'm so happy with my cut from Faye. She made me feel super comfortable and gave me a full consultation on how my curls behave and how to make the most of them. I'll be back when they need a bit of TLC again. Thank you so much 🫶💕

My experience at Tame the mane was brilliant, I felt listened to and looked after. The cut has a great shape to it and is achievable at home. Previous curly cuts I've had at more expensive salons have looked great on the day but not been manageable at home. The way my hair was styled at tame the mane means that it still looks great between appointments. Highly recommend!

Great! Hannah is lovely, easy to talk to and listens to any hair ideas and comes up suggestions that would work. Not ridiculous prices like some salons out there!

My hair appointment today with Angie was just the best. Apart from being very knowledgeable, giving me loads of hair advice and making my hair look amazing. She was the most welcoming and friendly person ever, I left the salon feeling great. Will definitely be back😀x

Always such a lovely experience when I come to Unit 12. Sarah and Shannon are both so friendly and welcoming. My toddler also loves coming here for her hair cut as Sarah always has a bag of toys, drinks, snacks and stickers!! I'm always offered tea throughout my visit. Mine and my daughters hair always look incredible after leaving Unit 12 and always get so many compliments. Literally the best hair salon around and since finding Unit 12, I would never go anywhere else. I've recommended to all my friends and family. Thank you, ladies. Xx

Nicola was very lovely and welcoming. Instantly made me feel at home with a nice cup of coffee and a smile. She took care to understand what i wanted and delivered it very considering what she had to work with, my hair had not been seen to by a hair dresser since 2020, home cuts all the way! She did a wonderful job, was lovely and chatty and comforting throughout the whole experience and i will certainly be returning. The salon itself is very nice with large ornate framed mirrors and massive gilded gold scissors, beautiful raw wood table and comfortable leather seating. I highly recommend.
