Had a really lovely experience today at NUYU. I hadn't been to a salon in many years and my hair definitely needed some help! I am over the moon with my new hair, and I will be showing it off to everyone.

Always a great experience with Rossco. The trim is always top quality but the care and attention this guy gives you is completely next level. He makes a trip for a haircut into a truly enriching hour and a pleasure.

Personally, I had a great experience. The wonderful hair dresser that did my hair really knew what she was doing And made me feel very comfortable I’m so thrilled with the results and I just wanna say thank you. I definitely recommend this hair salon. I’ve been here a few times and I’m never disappointed 🤩🤩♥️

Love this salon, nice hygge atmosphere of decor and lighting, salon feels private with very friendly and helpful staff. I've had hair, nails, and skin treatments here and they are all high quality. I would highly recommend.

I love coming to get my hair done with Leah. I first came to her having box dyed my hair very dark for a few years. I told her about my box dye situation and what I wanted to achieve and she knew how to help me without being judgmental. I’ve never looked back! Leah always gives me honest advice on my hair care too. I always leave the salon feeling amazing! Thanks Leah!

I have been seeing Laura for nearly three years for my haircare. She is just amazing 👏 So personable and friendly, and she gives me an incredible cut each and every time. I can't recommend her enough! I first went to her after an awful cut elsewhere and it's a testament to her skill and wonderful personality that I have returned to her time and time again.

Great communication, talked me through step by step of how to maintain the hair and what to use. I Never felt rushed and she really took her time. very professional and always asked my opinion. I can see she takes pride her all her work I highly recommend And will be going back. I will not use anyone else!

We visited for prom hair, makeup and nails. Katie and Emily were amazing with my daughter who has additional needs and finds it very difficult in new situations and with physical touch. Both ladies were patient and made her feel comfortable, so much so we have even booked a hair cut for next week which my daughter hasn’t had her hair cut by a hairdresser in a few years due to not being comfortable in a salon. Thank you for making her time getting ready for prom so enjoyable

Really lovely lady (Oksana) who did my nails and really pleased with them , first time having nails done here after being with another Lichfield salon for a long time , wished I would have swapped a long time ago! After way too long of having acrylic nails , my own were not in great shape but Oksana worked wonders , thank you 😊
