Tracey was amazing from start to finish, I had a major hair dilemma and Tracey pulled it out of the bag with my colour correction eliminating the band that had formed. The girls at the salon were very friendly, reassuring & provided great advice. Will definitely be returning to Tracey again.

My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

First time coming to upper cuts, had no idea what i wanted but was given advice on what i could go for which helped me to decide how i wanted my hair cut. The hairdresser (im sorry i can't remember names 🙈) was very friendly and precise! I didn't feel rushed at all, and felt so comfortable. Look forward to going back as a regular! Thank you 😊

I am so happy with my hair it has never felt better and the colour is exactly as I wanted it! Staff are always so welcoming and funny. Chloe has done such a great job with my colour, I feel that she listens to what I want and then makes it even better than I expected. The latte with the cream on top was an excellent touch also! I can’t wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend this salon.

Lovely experience at the salon today, myself and two daughters were very pleased with the outcome of our hair. All workers worked to a high standard, thank you all and for fitting us in all together at short notice!

My first visit to the salon was wonderful, Alaan and his team looked after both myself and my daughter and we left very happy with new hair cuts! We will be back again!
