I recently visited Anna for a cut and half head, and as always, I’m so happy with the results! She really knows how to make my hair look amazing every time. The atmosphere in the salon is always relaxed and welcoming, making the whole process enjoyable.

I'm always really happy with the way Debbie cuts my hair. She listens to what I want but also gives her own thoughts too. I find the atmosphere in the salon really relaxing and friendly and I'm pleased I've finally found a salon I actually enjoy going to after years of hating getting my hair cut!

Had the most amazing first visit to the Scissor Psychologist today. Lexie was brilliant and really took her time to ensure I was happy, not only with today’s cut but with a future plan to get the best out of my hair. The salon is in a beautiful location with plenty of parking. It is clean, bright and welcoming and all of the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend a visit if you have ever struggled to find somewhere that really knows how to cut and manage curly hair.

My very first visit to the scissor psychologist and what a great experience booked in with Emma she made me feel at ease straight away as I haven't been to a salon for over a year and had some bad experiences with my curly hair, she talked through everything and made sure I was happy with everything that she was doing. Thank you so much I will definitely be back for you to do more cutting to my curls.

Great experience as always! My little Robbie loves coming to have his hair cat... difficult to get him of the car afterwards. Emma and the rest of the team are so caring and professional they just make everything flow nicely! Amazing hair salon and team!

I've been getting my hair cut at Scissor Psychologist for over a year now and the experience is always fantastic! Debbie has rescued my damaged, bleached hair and does amazing curly cuts, which is something that I previously found very hard to find. Debbie always takes the time to answer questions I have about my hair type and has taught me so much about styling and caring for my curly hair. She's absolutely brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the salon is a lovely peaceful environment with massage chairs and high quality products. I highly recommend this salon!

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Morgans Chester is fantastic. If your worried about seeing someone about your hair because it is thinning and you want to lpok at different solution then please do book in with Rebecca. She is extremely experienced puts you at ease, and doesnt push you. She guides you, so you can achieve your best look. Best thing I ever did was seeing Rebecca. Brilliant service, Brilliant professional. No need to go anywhere else ever again.

All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper. It’s a beautiful shade and style- it looks perfect on me and I’ll feel a lot happier and more confident wearing it! Thank you for being so patient and helpful while I chose another style to try. Lovely lady put me at ease looked at various options for me. Agreed that my hairloss is not bad enough to need the interlace system (a salon in Liverpool tried to sell something similar to me). We tried various toppers and I've now ordered one. I was reassured that if I don't like it I don't have to buy it. I felt reassured by this and by her expertise. I'm looking forward to getting my new topper fitted soon.
