Carla spent time to understand what I wanted from my appointment and what my expectations were. She took time to explain what her plan was based on this, and made sure I was happy with it. Carla was professional throughout, friendly, and so welcoming. The whole time I was there I felt comfortable and relaxed. Her salon is absolutely beautiful, and impeccably clean too! I couldn't recommend Carla, or her services enough! :)

I always have a great experience when I have my hair done at Project9teen. Emma always does a great job but also makes you feel really comfortable which has not been my experience with other hair salons. Highly recommended

I can't recommend this salon highly enough!! Such a friendly place with hugely experienced stylists. It's always difficult to find a salon who can work wonders with blonde hair, especially as we've just moved to the area, and I'm so pleased with the result from my visit today and will absolutely be a regular.

I have been going to Emma and Toni for years now and would not let anyone else touch my hair!!!! Yesterday I treated myself to a deep conditioning treatment and blow dry.....WOW!!! Toni has magic hands and the head massage he gave was incredible and the style was beautiful!!! Emma cut my eldest son's hear in a wolf cut and it looks incredible...he is over the moon (which is even more impressive for a moody teenager!!!) The new salon is gorgeous with parking and a lovely waiting area too....AMAZING service and its like catching up with friends every time, thank you Project9teen 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carla is just amazing from the minute you walk in. The salon is such a breath of fresh air not only does my hair look fabulous but carla is such a lovely person and makes you feel so welcome. 💕
