I had a fab consultation to address issues with a home colour disaster and an awful haircut at another salon. Im so impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of my stylist. She was very thorough and managed my expectations for my hair journey back to its former colour and condition. I had a chelating treatment in readiness for my first round of colour correcting followed by a hair trim to trim to put some style back in my barnet. I learned some new blow drying techniques and was given advice on replacing my brushes. Can not wait for first appointment.

Maya was so knowledgable and completely created my ideal hair. She was able to give me a colour that looks so natural and lived in and was able to help me understand the maintenance that I'll need to do. The service in the shop was amazing and I've come out feeling amazing with my hair looking great. The integrity of my hair was preserved and it still feels so strong and healthy. A lovely salon - I'll be going back.

I’ve been having my hair coloured at the Watt for 9 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I trust Jaymz implicitly. He always listens & gives brilliant advice, my hair always looks amazing when he’s finished! I couldn’t recommend the Watt more, it’s the best hair salon I’ve ever been to!

Lucy, was wonderful, She was so friendly and professional. I wanted to bring my brunette hair back after having a lighter balayage. She succeeded on taking my hair back to the brunette and the chocolate highlights that i love. The salon was relaxing and easily accessible. She had fantastic knowledge on product and even educated me on shampooing twice. The entire staff is friendly and everyone is so helpful to each other. Lots of laughs which is always a great vibe for a salon. Five Stars would highly recommend.

After not attending a salon for over 4 years and being a little apprehensive I put my big girl pants on and booked an appointment at The Watt. I was still doubting I’d done the right thing as I’m walking to the salon but it was the best experience and I’m so pleased with my hair. I’m now on a count down to hopefully having a bit of creative colour in a few weeks.

My first time visiting The Watt today. I’m not a regular at any hair salon as I don’t normally enjoy the experience but I had an appointment with Lucy a lovely young lady who took time and trouble to listen and advise on my hair cut and blow dry. I came away very satisfied with my new style and pleased with how soft my hair is now after a treatment that was applied. Will definitely be back now my trust in hairdressers has been restored 😁

I’m always happy with my experience at the watt but even more so today, despite having to deal with multiple issues that arose in the salon time was taken to talk me through what exactly I wanted and things were explained clearly. My hair is exactly how I imagined it and I’m once again very grateful.
