From entering the door into the salon, I was greeted and taken care of. Hot drinks and cold drinks offered frequently, and gorgeous biscuits. Hot towels given throughout the washing process. Great attention and acitive listening while having hair consultation. Atmosphere relaxed with varied music played. A thoroughly enjoyable relaxed experience. All staff members appeared happy and very helpful. A great selection of varied reading material. Also a computer work space if required. Toilets all clean and soap and hand wash available.Individual hand towels for drying. Fizz also offered

Beautiful nails by Denise...thank you so much..Denise. To anyone reading this review. I 'm very embarrassed about the Psoriasis on my hands, but I'm always welcomed with smiles and a warm welcome from everyone in the salon not just who might be doing my treatment. Big thanks to Tracy too who looks after my hair lovely Chloe and Kerry too. There's always an offer of a coffee, tea or water during my treatment. i always leave feeling recharged and reenergised by this professional but also very kind and inclusive practice 😊

Once again, Lianna did a fabulous keratin treatment. The haircut is amazing too. She is so skilled and I am delighted with my hair. Also, lovely salon and great chat with Lianna. Great as always. Ritchie always fun and attentive and professional and the salon is relaxed and a nice place to be. My hair is always in need of a bit of TLC when I arrive and I leave with a smile on my face 😊

Haven’t been to a hairdressers salon in a long time! Had the same hairstyle for years but wanted a change but not sure what. Had shoulder length hair and have changed to a choppy, inverted bob. My stylist was Lianna and she was lovely. Talked me through some styles, patiently looked at my photos, worked her magic and created a hairstyle that I absolutely love. Would 100% recommend, made me feel welcome and staff really friendly. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely great! I'm so happy with my hair cut and style done by John. John gives excellent service and does a fabulous hair cut. I highly recommend him. He's friendly and makes you feel positive. The salon is well decorated, pretty and most of all the reception staff, all staff, are very welcoming. They make you feel at home. Michelle

Thank you to Nathan and the team for a lovely experience and amazing results at my appointment yesterday! I have made the decision to take the plunge into grey hair and had gotten to an in between stage of grown out grey and washed out brown yellow hair ew! I met with Nathan first for a quality consultation and felt he understood what I wanted so when I attended the appointment I knew what to expect, although he was continually explaining the steps throughout. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming and enjoyed a glass of bubble whilst getting a wonderful hair transformation x

All staff welcoming, salon nicely appointed. My stylist took the time to establish exactly the colour which was best for me and as usual cut my hair just as I had wanted.

I usually write a review the minute I step out of the salon, but this time, I decided to wait until I had done my hair myself :) My hair always looks FANTASTIC when Nathan has had his hands on it, but the real secret of a good cut, is being able to do it yourself when you get home :) And yes, I could! Nathan has transformed my hair when I first started coming to him in January my hair was thin , flat and lacking ooomph . It is now completely different it look thicker keeps its style between visits and I love it . Nathan , Jo and Olivia do a fantastic job, professional and welcoming. So happy with this salon .

Took a chance on Nathan Richardson as I’m visiting Sheffield and needed a top up on my hair colour. Expert colourist - highly recommended - if I lived in the area this would be hairdressers! Professional, thorough, friendly and calm salon and staff.

Justyna was fabulous. She gave me a great head massage when washing my hair. The cut was perfect, I left the salon with a spring in my step. I will be back :-D
