Lovely clean salon. Lauren was very nice and polite and offered coffee and snacks! She has a very high skill set and did a fantastic job on my hair considering it was blue and black split dye going to red and black all over! Would definitely recommend 👌

Charlie was so lovely and welcoming and I really appreciated his honesty when I showed the style of cut I wanted! He was honest and we were able to adapt my cut around what style I was aiming for! Not many hairdressers will let you know what will suit your face shape etc so it was lovely that Charlie wanted to ensure I left the salon feeling a looking my best! Will definitely be returning thankyou 🫶

Lauren is so welcoming. The salon was warm and cosy on a freezing day. Not only did I receive coffee and biscuits but also advice and suggestions to deal with alopecia. I was really pleased with my hair cut as always and felt I had had a proper pamper. Thank you Lauren see you again soon.

Lovely experience, we arrived early and was seen in between appointments as they had an empty slot. My son loves Charlie cutting his hair. Friendly and quick. Thank you. The salon is always very clean and tidy and free from any hazards.

The atmosphere is always so warm, relaxed, welcoming and friendly. And the hair cuts are great! I have always felt out of place in 'hair salons', but I have longer hair and didn't feel like I could go to a barber's either. But I feel really comfortable and good at Roots. They have created a truly accepting and inclusive space without making a big thing of it. It's just normal. And thank you Luke for the years of great haircuts!

Ashleigh did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and helping me figure out my style. I feel so much happier and more like myself after my haircut! The price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a more personalised service or who might be a bit nervous going to a salon otherwise.

Honestly THE best haircut I’ve ever had, thank you so much Ashleigh! I’m normally quite an anxious person and find haircuts very overwhelming, however I was put at such ease, even allowed to play my own music in the salon which made me so happy. :) Ashleigh is the most wonderful person and hairdresser - before this appointment id been cutting my own hair for years and it was a bit of a mess & this haircut (mid length wolf cut) gave me a huge & instant confidence boost !! Genuinely so happy with the outcome and the price, thank you thank you.
