I've been coming to Heidi for just over a year. And have been super happy with every service I've had. Fantastic prices, great service and super friendly. she really takes her time to make you look like absolutely perfection. You won't find anyone around Falmouth with better quality and great prices. She never disappoints !! Book in and don't miss out on feeling a million dollars after a visit to polish me pretty !!

Jess is amazing. Best nail tech I have ever used! I’ve been going to her since Laura opened her beautiful Falmouth salon never had any issues with lifting they last great! My nails last, they have a selection of colours second to none and lovey tea too! Every visit is a treat. Thank You

So so happy with my hair colour! Donna was very welcoming and listened to everything I was concerned about and wanted. She talked me through everything and I instantly had confidence in her care. The salon has a lovely chilled atmosphere and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I will be recommending them to all 😁

Well, where to start! Have had my hair saved by Donna. Have to say the skills of these ladies have amazed me today. Claire and Donna are so knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away, my hair was such a mess from previous colours and stripping and I’ve walked away like a new woman! The coffee & chat is such a bonus when your having your hair done and I’ve felt like I’ve had a good catch up with friends while walking out looking & feeling amazing. So excited for my next appointment! Can’t recommend enough! Salon was spotlessly clean and so gorgeous! Such a fab day! Thank you so much

Absolutely loved my visit. The salon is always clean and spacious. Donna did an amazing job on my hair i am so pleased. Love the olaplex treatment its left my hair feeling amazing and Donna and claires knowledge of the wella colours left me with the perfect results. ♥️

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Upon arrival there is hand sanitizer ready and Covid forma to complete for track and trace - great to see a company that is Covid secure! I spent the whole day in the salon today having a complete colour change which took several processes to lighten my hair whilst protecting the condition. All staff were happy, bubbly and friendly and it was really lovely to be in a salon atmosphere where you can tell the staff are so passionate. Left the salon feeling like i had fallen back in love with my hair - thanks Claire you superstar x

Would be 5 star if you had a proper pedicure chair or foot rest so the therapist does not have to hold your leg up. Salon was set up nicely. I will be returning, thank you

Booked my 90 year old Mum in for a little pampering for Mother’s Day and she thoroughly enjoyed her relaxing massage with Ayla followed by a wash and blow dry with Nina. If you are thinking of something to get for your Mum to show her how much she means to you then I would highly recommend this wonderful Salon. They took such great care of her, thank you ladies xx

I always enjoy my visits to Laura Bell. My most recent few visits with Jess have been brilliant. Not only do I leave the Salon with the most beautiful nails but I really enjoy the experience, it is lovely to spend time chatting with Jess and other clients. The receptionist greeted me with a beautiful smile and I felt so welcome esp the greeting I had with Ayla. My booking with Nina was on the spot. She is very friendly and keep me settle for the treatment. She knows what's she's doing. Very efficient indeed!
