Lovely friendly staff, they were all warm welcoming and chatty. Very relaxed atmosphere I the salon which is decorated with taste and style. As for my hair, I had a head of foils, colour and a haircut which was expertly done . I’m extremely pleased with it and will definitely be returning 😋

Amazing experience. Hayley is so skilled, and knowledgeable in her field and after 2 years of green hair, 2 appointments later she has only gone and done it - i have achieved beautiful baby blonde hair. Not only am I in love with my hair but I am in love with her as a person. I feel like I have known her forever and her salon feels homely.

Jade listened to what I wanted before washing and cutting my hair. She is very friendly and the salon has a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend a visit.

If I could give it 100 stars, I would. I am in town for a wedding and needed pre bridesmaid hair and I wish it was my local hairdresser. My extremely curly hair is soft, straight and smooth and the atmosphere of the salon is welcoming and inviting and homely. If I’m in Kent again, I will definitely be back!

I came in for a blowdry with Kerry. Always a friendly and welcoming salon. Like home from home. Blowdry was amazing and I also came away with a hydrating shampoo as my hair is so dry and brittle. Thank you Kerry x

Such a lovely salon with a professional but relaxed feel. I always see Maisie, she is amazing with cutting and colour and always talks you through the process and what will work best for you hair. I can't recommend her enough.

Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time! Thank you so much ladies 🥰

I absolutely love everything about The Knott salon. It’s comfortable, clean and has the most wonderful staff. I’ve been using Nikita for a little over a year now and I’ll never change my hairdresser. She listens, advises and is such a fantastic colourist. She’s an absolute angel 😇 plus the tea is very good too.

Aside from Jade, the salon itself was equally as welcoming. Great time has been taken to provide a comfortable, relaxed ambience and the service was honestly as great as the end cut. My hair looked like an early 19th century mattress inner had exploded, yet I left looking like a lady. She’s nothing short of a genius. I’ve spent a decade with trial and error, and have FINALLY discovered her mastery and skill. No looking back.

Such a lovely lady and such an amazing service, my hair turned out absolutely stunning and exactly how I wanted because she actually listened to what I wanted in depth aswell as taking the time to explain to me products I can used inorder to maintain my hair for longer, I 10000% recommend to everyone
