Sarah is so knowledgeable in her field - an absolute expert in colour. I love the way that she has transformed my hair colour during this journey. I thoroughly look forward to my appointments with Sarah. The whole feeling in the salon is relaxing. An excellent service, wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!

I saw Clare at The Root today for cut and style. As always, she took time to discuss what I asked for. The products used were all natural and smelt delicious. Simply a lovely, relaxing experience and a great result. I'm so pleased with my hair. Thank you Clare

Sarah was amazing and completely understood my concerns! She cut my hair with great attention to detail and styled it in a way that I had never seen experienced before. In other words, she brought life back to my hair! The herbal tea helped me relax and the lovely chat with her was a bonus!

Such a lovely experience. Treatment was relaxing and Sarah was very good at helping me pick a new hairstyle. Much easier to deal with and looks great.
