I saw Rachael for the second time today. She was just as lovely as before. I arrived late and stressed and her kind manner and warmth had me feeling settled and recovered from the day and the journey super quickly. She really listened to me when I talked about what I needed from a haircut and I left with a cut that would truly work for me. Thank you, Rachael. I will definitely be back!

Great experience. I booked my cut/balayage appt months ago and hadn’t given it much thought. Lucy asked me some questions to get a feel for what I liked/disliked about my current hair and then worked her magic ✨ she’s super friendly and easy to talk with. Feels more like catching up with an old friend than visiting the hairdressers! the salon is conveniently located near the train station and has parking. Salon is cosy and well decorated, it has everything you need. Lucy even offers a range of tea/coffee/soft drinks. Will 100% keep coming back and raving to my friends about her

Lovely salon in Horsham and Lucy is a true hair colour master! I’ve never had such good looking highlights. I can’t stop admiring my new hair. I’m naturally very dark but love to have light hair and Lucy has created the perfect blonde blend for me. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back xx

Lucy was great! I always feel a bit awkward at salons as I don’t get my hair cut very often but she put me at ease and was really easy to chat with. She asked what I was after and what I liked/disliked about my previous cut so we could discuss what to do. Love that she recommended less layers at the back to make my hair look and feel fuller. Overall a great service and would be happy to visit again for future services. Thank you!
