I had a 2 hour massage today and Janet was absolutely amazing! The salon is such a lovely, relaxing, inviting area and her massage was amazing. She was very professional and the small touches such as the extra comfy bed, warm room and relaxing music all helped add to a fabulous experience. I highly recommend Janet for a top quality massage, I’ll definitely be coming back 😌

Amazing! Lauren has made my hair healthy again after lots of bleaching and box dyes. She always offers the best advice for hair care and my cut and colour is always perfect. Plus the salon is so welcoming and relaxing! Thank you Lauren

Lauren is a brilliant hairdresser! We’ve been on a hair journey to get from box dye black to blonde, she has done exactly what I wanted but ensuring my hair remains healthy through the process. The salon is beautiful and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you Lauren x

I had a lovely pamper session today at Rich hair and beauty. First I visted Beth and had Eyebrows. Legs and bikini waxed. And then onto Dawn for my hair colured and styled. Both ladies very professionl. Salon has an amazin atmosphere. Already booked my next 2 appts.

Great service, so happy with my hair, really good advice too. Hair never felt healthier!

First time at this salon and I have not had my haircut for years. Robyn was amazing and very understanding of my needs, also listened to what I had to say. More than any other hairdresser in the past and I truly appreciate that. Also explained things to me about my hair etc. I came out of the salon a very happy woman and most likely to return in the future.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience ! Janet (Masseur) was excellent she took time to discuss my aches and pains and was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with both her advice and the treatment. Her room was very comfortable and peaceful and the treatment was not rushed (as I have experienced with other providers) but well paced with lots of time to relax. I left feeling amazing and have already booked a regular appointment on going - A superb experience thank you Janet and Rich Hair and Beauty

I attended Rich Hair & Beauty for a 2 hour signature massage with Janet. I've been having massages from Janet for several years now. She really is fantastic. She asks if you have any problems or issues and then tailors the massage to suit your individual needs. I certainly recommend her.
