Elin is always so kind and knows exactly what I’m after when she walks through the door, she is so respectful and so easy to talk to she has cut my hair for so long that she has become more than a hairdresser, she is a friend! Her energy is amazing and she makes me so comfortable through the whole process. I would recommend her to anybody! 5* and thank you so much for always being there when I need it!

Elin always understands what I'm looking for. I'm not good explaining hair and bring a lot of pictures to the appointment. What I ask for is always understood. The service and result is always beyond expectation and I definitely won't be leaving it as long for my next colour. Thank you x

Another great experience today for a root colour and trim. Michelle was my hair artist today and as always, all the staff were friendly. Adrienne is always on hand to help with clients' questions and decisions. I have been to many hairdressers over the years and some in the West End of London. I can guarantee the staff at Chic hair design are well trained and all do as good a job as in London.

Elin has been cutting my hair for many years and she is amazing and today my hair is as fantastic as ever. And her home salon is luxurious yet homely and welcoming

Elin was so friendly and welcoming at my appointment, so chatty and a lovely salon environment to be in! I booked for a curly cut and my cut is truly the best curly cut I’ve had! The cut and the styling of my hair is spectacular, and Elin was really helpful with answering my questions about curly hair and I’ve come away with more knowledge about styling my own hair. Thank you Elin I can’t wait to return 🥰

Wonderful service very happy with my haircut and colour, always a positive experience with a lovely caring hair dresser whom listens to what her customers want provides knowledgeable suggestions and hair care tips I cannot recommend enough. I book an appointment specifically each time I travel from Hampshire to spend time with family as you can’t beat the experience Elin brings to her customers it’s brilliant to have a salon experience at home or in my case home away from home (definitely worth the travel time)

I’m in love with my colour ❤️ This is the 2nd time having my hair done with Elin, I’ve never had a mobile hairdresser to the house before. I was a little anxious before hand but I needn’t have been as Elin is a joy to have in my home. I’m now converted to having my hair done at home, no distractions that you have in the salon, no phone ringing, no other staff or customers interrupting just pure 1 to 1. Thank you x
