beautifully decorated salon, always amazing service and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and make you feel comfortable and supported. They offer great advice for your haircare journey and nothing but the best care and time and attention, I always leave feeling so much more confident then when I entered the salon and also feel optimistic I can actually recover my hair health and undo the years of damage from bleach and services at other salons. Love coming here as always feel looked after and satisfied when I leave. Thank you so glad to have found the salon

Without doubt the best salon in London and I have visited loads. I was never happy with my haircut at other places and would sheepishly leave without saying anything and just try another place. Until I was recommended Giovanni and Perception. Giovanni and his team are simply the best. Not only incredibly skilled but really proud of what they do and with good reason. I always get compliments after leaving Perception and look forward to each haircut now. I couldn't recommend more highly

Great experience with my loc specialist (Tayma), she was abundantly patient and thorough. I know my hair took a lot of work, this rating is for her. However, the young lady who was initially checking me out was rude to me. Mumbling she had better things to do because I didn’t have cash for my balance. Not great, sadly further trips all the way from Billericay to the salon don’t make sense for me if this is the treatment I’m to expect. Pro-tip: perhaps a note on the booking site (I used fresha) saying cash is preferred would be helpful to clients like me who rarely transact in cash.

I had a bit of a rocky start with my appointment as the salon initially cancelled, but they called back to apologise for the mix-up and were able to rebook me the very same day, which I really appreciated. My stylist was incredibly attentive, took the time to understand my hair texture and what I was hoping to achieve, and delivered exactly what I wanted. The cut was precise, the styling was spot on, and I left feeling so refreshed and confident. You can tell they really care about their craft and about making sure you leave happy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Alessandro is such an amazing hair stylist - I've been going to him for years now and he always cuts my hair to such an incredible standard. I have very thick, wavy/curly hair which he is able to look after and cut it to bring out my curls and take the weight out of it. The salon itself is beautiful - it's so light and and relaxing with amazing products. Thank you!

A first visit to studio 90 and to see Madeline she came highly recommended after i stopped a stranger to ask who coloured her hair - it was worth the wait. It was the most relaxing, enjoyable and fantastic experience I've ever had from any salon. Not only did Madeleine understand my grey colouring needs but with care, she added in her own twist and recommendations and did a fantastic job - her staff are gentle, grounded and she has created a relaxing salon with her boundless beauty, creativity and grace.

Fantastic hairdresser/colourist named Ugur. He managed to fix my colour which was very bad from a previous salon. He was amazing and knew exactly what to do and what colour to apply. He also re-shaped my hair to give it body and now it looks like I’ve got healthier curlier hair. And very reasonable price as well as free products and treatment. Julian is a creative genius! Sano must be delighted to have him back! Julian has been cutting my hair for a very long time and always has given me a cut to suit my advancing years! An important BUT though would be for her to be operating from a salon that paid attention to hygiene; seriously… the toilet and sink, really not good.
