Everybody in the salon was SO welcoming. The new salon is gorgeous. Jess took time to sit down and discuss what I wanted doing to my hair, and recommended what was best. I was really impressed and can’t wait to go back !

AmazIng as always! Megan is a great hairdresser who is so professional. Her salon is lovely. You get such a feeling of tranquility whilst there, from the beautiful decor to the great little touches like the massage chair. Can’t highly recommend enough.

Chop and change is the only Salon I can go into and know that I'll be 100% happy with my hair no matter who's looking after me. Julie is amazing and supports her team with constant training. It's a pleasure to be in the Salon x

This was my first appointment at this salon. Very friendly and welcoming. They have acknowledged me straight away. I believe it was Lucy who washed my hair. She was thorough, wasn't affraid to put a little pressure on, which was so welcoming. Julie cut my hair and advised at the same time. By the time she finished, my hair looked and felt amazing!. I know I was the last customer, my appointment was at 16:35 on Saturday, but at no point did I feel rushed. The girls left for the day and Julie stayed with me after hours, gave me some product samples and valuable advise. Until next time 😊.

Today I had a cut and a toner to give my colour a boost by the master at work, that is Julie. My hair was then blow dried and finished by Izzy. It is hard to believe she has only been at college a few months, she is really professional and I am delighted with the end result. Best hair salon ever ! I look forward to seeing you all again February.

Had a precision treatment today also know as a keratin blow dry and its such an amazing treatment. I have thick hair and after washing my hair for the first time today 6 days later, My hair feels very light weight smooth and shiny and thin, will definitely be having it done again. Lucie explained the process step by step and what to expec. Chop and change is a great salon with great prices.

The salon is always welcoming. I explained to Julie how I would like my hair and I hit exactly what I wanted so pleased with my new cut. Julie is honest about what and if you need refreshing on services. Love the hair boxes and great value for £30. Thanks again !

I love my cut and colour. Meg has the skill to be able to guide you to a colour that’s really if going to suit you. The salon is very sweet and relaxing….and the massage chair whist my hair was washed……bliss.

Fantastic first time experience for cut & curly blow dry at Carter & Shields - very friendly group & gorgeous salon with a great range of treatments/products. Rhiannon was brilliant - very knowledgable & collaborative, making sure we were on the same page & tailoring suggestions specific to me/my hair. Very excited to get back in for a colour upgrade! Brilliant experience with Rhianna, I went in there with brassy, tired-looking hair with almost two inches of roots growth. I left the salon with my hair looking totally refreshed and exactly the same shade as the photos I had showed her. Didn't have a cut so can only comment on the colour, but it was absolutely perfect and I will definitely be back.

The best hairdressers I've been to. Everytime I go, there is a lovely welcome. They have accomodated me chaning my appointment twice on the same day very last minute without any diifculty despite being busy. There is a lovely relaxed vibe but always professional. Rhianna, Jess and Jenny have all done my hair and they do what you ask however they are all so knowledgeable their advice is spot on. I highly recommend this salon - they are all wonderful.
