I’m a new client but always am made to feel like extremely welcome. I’m listened to on exactly what I want for my hair and I always leave extremely satisfied and feeling great. I am autistic and this is accommodated too. I’d highly recommend this salon to everyone.

Emily is always friendly, encouraging and supportive of any hair ideas you may have, and gives great advice on how to achieve them. My daughter loves coming to the salon and her hair is always amazing once Emily has worked her magic 🥰🤩👍🏻

This was my second visit to the Salon, with not knowing a lot about hair Megan gave me her advice and on both occasions I have been really pleased with my hair. All the girls that work there are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Looking forward to my next visit and thank you for making me feel so welcome

We were recommended salon twenty one by our usual hairdresser whilst she is on maternity leave. Emily was lovely, listened and advised in the consultation and booked us in quickly. My daughter wanted a colour change, and Emily did an amazing job with the colour and services she gave us. She advised us that she has a 7 day policy, so if the colour fades quickly or anything isn’t right, we can come back charge free and she will fix it which was very reassuring. My daughter loves her new hair colour, and we will definitely use Emily again in the future.

Nat is so lovely and easy to talk to. She's always so accommodating and makes you feel comfortable and at ease in the salon. She's also such a talented hair dresser and I would recommend her to anyone!!

I only ever go to Farrah rose salon. I won’t go anywhere else as I know I will always receive a brilliant service hear. Staff are friendly and attentive nothing is ever too much for them. They take pride in what they do and all are very engaging with their customers I’ve had my hair coloured and cut hear as well as my make up and hair styled always gone above and beyond. I would definitely recommend using the services they offer.

Been going to this salon for last 3 months Laura is excellent. Very friendly and great at her job, previously went to same hairdresser for past 20 years now happy to stay at Skins & Needles.

Beautiful salon, such a nice vibe walking in even from the first time feel so at ease with the girls there's no talking over who's in the chairs feels like your just going in for a chat with your friends constant laugh and giggles everyone's in the same conversation no one feels pushed out or excluded Latisha is professional and knowledgable such a lovely lass it's always an enjoyable appointment. X

My experience at Phil Mak Salon was wonderful, Philomena knew how to do my hair very well, she is an excellent hairdresser who knows what she is doing, l got a blow dry, trim and braids using my own hair, she did a fantastic job, and the atmosphere in the Salon was great, they are nice people as well as excellent hairdressers

Emily is the best - smashes it every time. I travel from Newcastle to get my hair done by her and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Salon is a lovely relaxed vibe too and has loads of cute little extra touches like sweets and drinks! Always a great experience.

Always an amazing experience visiting Natalie at the salon. Feel like a new person after getting my hair coloured, cut and styled.

The suite is decorated so nicely and it was clean and comfortable with refreshments. Demi-Lee is super lovely and we had a great chat the entire time. She made sure I was happy with everything and my hair turned out great, I'm absolutely in love with it! Would highly recommend!
