Fiona is amazing! I was looking to go back to my natural dark hair but wanted to take advantage of previous lightening of my hair and Fiona made the whole process so exciting and welcoming. The environment she creates is very relaxed and laid back, perfect for those who can be overwhelmed by the chaos of salons, and overall a pleasant experience. She was able to create exactly what I wanted and listened to me every step of the way. 100% recommend
