Emma is so knowledgeable about colours. I had a bit of an idea what I wanted but didn't know how to explain it. After looking at my hair and asking some questions she got the colours spot on. She was explaining what she was doing to my hair all the way through. So professional. Love the colour and final hair do. What a fab experience - feel so relaxed and pampered. Absolutely first class and my husband who's just retired from hairdressing after 50 years thinks the colour work Emma's done is exceptional. Praise indeed from a fellow very experienced hairdresser. So so so pleased!! was very anxious going to a new hair dresser as my last experience wasn’t what i expected. I absolutely love my hair now, it’s exactly how imagined! Olivia was absolutely lovely and she was very reassuring that she could fix my bleached hair that had been damaged from the previous hair dresser. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you so much! I’ll never going to go to any one else but Olivia for my hair from now on. 100% recommend!
