Best Hair Salons near me in Plympton, Plymouth

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Jamie is so accommodating and patient. His honesty on what hairstyle or colour will work or what may not work is refreshing. Am so grateful to have been recommended by word of mouth to the salon. The salon is always very clean with welcoming staff.

So pleased I made an appointment at this salon. Jamie has been amazing at sorting out my colour and cut, having been to a different salon where the hairdresser didn’t listen and chose to do their own thing, left me a big hole in my pocket and stressed with a complete mess. Jamie from our first meeting listened. During my consultation Jamie explained clearly what he would do to correct the colour and cut. My hair now looks and feels just how I want. The salon has great vibes, the staff are genuinely nice, the prices are very reasonable. I have already booked my next two appointments.

Excellent hair cut as usual from Tia. She always takes the time to talk me through the options for my hair cut. I left the salon feeling fabulous and have received lots of compliments about my haircut.

First time to visit this salon and I was impressed. I had my two boys and husband booked in for haircuts. Cat was attentive and friendly. She listened to what we wanted and did a great job of their haircuts. We will definitely visit again.

Feel like a new person ! I rarely have the time to get my hair done so for me this is such a treat and Refine Hair did not disappoint! The relaxed and professional atmosphere complete with tea and biscuits meant I could really enjoy my time at the salon. I came away with a beautiful transformation and couldn’t be happier 🥰

First time I went for a cut and blow dry. Friendly, welcoming salon and positive vibes. Fun atmosphere and music which I liked. Detailed and professional service. The smell of the products Coby used on my hair are very nice as well. Happy customer!

I followed Meg from her previous location because she’s an excellent colourist. The location was easy to find. Free parking outside. Polite and attentive staff. The atmosphere didn’t feel stuffy or pretentious like other places I’ve been. The salon was clean and bright. There was decent airflow on a hot day. It’s also not too big of a place, so suitable for clients with social anxieties or those who don’t like lots of hairdryers going off like my autistic son xx

Stacey did the most amazing job of my hair today after being turned down from another salon. I felt so welcome in the salon and both Stacey and Chloe were so friendly! It was a real treat away from my two young children for the appointment and it was fab. Will 1000% be returning!
