had an overdue haircut with one of the girls, and it was so thorough! Full scalp examination and hair investigation as well as the expected wash cut and blow dry. They really do learn a lot on these courses! The wash was lovely, they asked before using any product and were very careful with brushing and combing. The whole process took a lot longer than in a salon, but that was to be expected as they're learning. All in all a very nice day out helping others learn!

Amazing! Nice people and had a nice gentleman cut my hair and although he was still learning, he communicated well and came out looking and feeling fresh. Overall brilliant experience and already booked to return again.

I enjoyed my appointment; everyone was friendly, polite & very conscientious. Very short hair is sometimes tricky to cut especially the first time & needs a little more time. That was fine with me.

Great place! I felt very taken care of. The pre-assessment was really thorough and lots of questions asked about what I wanted from the appointment which was nice. Got a few cups of coffee. The appointment is longer than the average hair appointment because obviously they are learning so are taking their time. I actually found it quite reassuring that the time was being taken to do everything properly and to a high standard. Also learnt about after care and every day hair product use which has been invaluable. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing cut, after working out what would be manageable with my hair and abilities i couldn’t be happier with the end result. Whilst being supervised and guided with what to do, my hairdresser more than had the skills to make sure I left happy, I’m sure she will be amazing at whatever she goes on to do

Very professional, polite and stayed in touch , the acadamy also cut my partners hair a week earlier , people have commented at how much younger she looks now , my partner was also very pleased with her experience at the salon and the attention to detail that was shown.
