Everybody in the salon was SO welcoming. The new salon is gorgeous. Jess took time to sit down and discuss what I wanted doing to my hair, and recommended what was best. I was really impressed and can’t wait to go back !

AmazIng as always! Megan is a great hairdresser who is so professional. Her salon is lovely. You get such a feeling of tranquility whilst there, from the beautiful decor to the great little touches like the massage chair. Can’t highly recommend enough.

I had a haircut and wash with Megan, she is very welcoming and friendly. I’m very pleased with the result of my hair as she’s cut it very well, the head massage was so good too! I’ll be coming back, thank you.

Fantastic first time experience for cut & curly blow dry at Carter & Shields - very friendly group & gorgeous salon with a great range of treatments/products. Rhiannon was brilliant - very knowledgable & collaborative, making sure we were on the same page & tailoring suggestions specific to me/my hair. Very excited to get back in for a colour upgrade!
