Although Luke is a genius hair stylist, it is never just about the hair. A visit to the salon always feels like a treat. Luke goes out of his way to make it a special experience, from the decor, the music, the drinks and his undivided attention. His passion always shines through and he has a solution for every problem, colour, style, damage...he works his magic and you leave feeling fabulous! Always 5 stars !!!!

Luke has been my hairdresser for years and I wouldn’t have anyone else do my hair he has always advised on the best hair colours, cut and products and is an absolute superstar! the salon is beautiful and has the most amazing vibe you feel so relaxed ✌️ definitely would recommend to anyone!

Visited Rootz with my toddler for his first hair cut - Leanne was professional and friendly which made him relaxed and made the whole experience great! The salon is very welcome, clean and spacious. Great location too.

Great salon, lovely staff, even had a latte and biscuits! Nothing was too much trouble and really pleased with my hair - would highly recommend

Always friendly, makes you feel at ease. After a relaxing hair wash, I'm led to the stylists chair to discuss how my hair would like to be styled and whilst making the most of 'my time', I enjoy my choice of hot beverage. :)

I told Sophie to cut as much off as she wanted along as I could get it up in a ponytail and to highlight with 2 colours of her choice the final out come was amazing , beautiful even colours and length perfect so in love with my new hair 💕 thank you Sophie so much.

Had a lovely time at Roots with Sophie today. She's so friendly and bubbly, it was an absolute pleasure chatting with her during my haircut. She did a terrific job, looking forward to my next appointment!

Always warm and welcoming. I have been seeing Leanne for years and she always does a top job on my hair. The head massage while having my hair washed is awrsome! I highly recommend!
