Yousra is an excellent hairdresser, if not the best! I did a basin treatment, trim and blow wave with her. Received a complimentary head massage that was to-die-for! Also walked out of the salon with some great home aftercare products that she recommended for my specific hair needs. Would highly recommend her.

Always a great experience at Kess Chartwell. The consultants are professional, helpful and an expert at their craft. Had my hair done by Mustafa today and he is awesome. An artist! Would highly recommend this Hair Salon.

Had a full head of foils done by Nishi who was both kind and efficient. I have really thick & course hair so I get nervous going to a hair salon as have had lots of bad experiences, however Nishi made me feel so comfortable & confident leaving the salon! Thank you 🙏🏾 also had my brows done (not sure her name) and she did an amazing job aswell!

Love this salon. Staff are nice and friendly. Nishi did a great job with my hair. She gave me advices on how to take care of it. I also like what Roshi did to my eyebrows. Overall, it was a pleasant first visit. See you next time ladies. ☺️☺️☺️

Great service. I had the amazing Dinesh cut my hair. So fast and exactly what I asked for. He knew what I wanted and went for it. I was stoked with the result. And the cost was just awesome. Amazing value!!! Recommend the ladies cut combo with brow shape and tint … will definitely be going back

A very well presented, clean place, staff have been very friendly, upon my request slotted an appointment in short notice. The service was extremely pleasant for us. After a long time, I had received such an amazing service. My daughter loves her haircut and eye lash extentions. For all those guys doing their eyebrows elsewhere, try this place because you will be surprised with a little free additional forehead massage which was mind blowing. Thank you so much. Great, lovely hairdresser and salon cosy and warm

My first visit without any appointment just walked in for a haircut, wash and blow. Coincidently, they were having a promotion for wash, cut and blow for $49. The promotion is till 15/3/25. Showed stylist photo of what I wanted and she layered as I wanted. Very experienced stylist, fast and really satisfied with the outcome. Definitely found my regular hairdresser from now on.

Pip was amazing! So is Sharne. But this visit was particularly unusual. Pip was so gracious and I love her this, she allowed my two babies to come in, fur babies, Clover and Rocky. Unfortunately wee Clove had a toiletry inconvenience on the salon floor! All hands were on deck, swiftly the mishap wasn't a problem thanks to Pip xoxo I love the gals in this salon and I highly recommend their superb quality customer service and advice. I always have great feedback from friends and family about how much they love my haircut. Thanks for today Pip and thank you dearly for accommodating Clover and Roc
