I recently visited Smooshine Hair Salon and had an amazing experience! Sam Elamaireh was my stylist, and I can’t recommend him enough! Sam was very funny and knew exactly what he was doing. This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a salon! I have been to other salons in Austin but never felt very comfortable or like the stylists particularly cared about my hair. I had a totally opposite experience here and I will definitely be coming back to Smooshine. Jacob was awesome! He was very attentive and thorough and it was just a super high quality haircut and experience. I appreciate the time he took to understand my hair goals, and to explain his methods and why he did them. I will definitely be recommending Smooshine and Jacob to friends.

I had a fantastic experience getting a brown autumn balayage from Sam!! Can’t recommend him enough. Their no-bleach technique created a natural, AMAZING look with rich, warm tones for my hair. Sam's expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. If you want gorgeous, natural-looking color, Sam is the one to see! I’ll definitely be returning for a 3rd appointment here at Smooshine.

I had Master Cam and he was great and super understanding! It was my first time bleaching, so he went through the process with me on bleaching, haircut, and color and made sure I understood everything. I could write a book on how AMAZING Mark is!! I walked in and basically said “do whatever you think would look best on me”….he transformed my hair COMPLETELY! Mark truly has such a passion for his work and what sets him apart is his artistic eye…he takes all your features into account before giving you the best hair of your life that harmonizes with your natural features. Mark is an excellent stylist/barber. You can tell he does care about hair; he puts high emphasis on matching the hair with the person. He is super down to earth and is passionate about the arts and creativity. I will go back again whenever I need a touch-up or want to do something new :)

Jon did an excellent job! His skills far exceed most hairdressers I’ve tried! The massage was so relaxing and my haircut is gorgeous! I’m very happy!

Jonny always creates such a create color on my hair - and he also gives THE best scalp massages ever! Since he cut & colored my hair I get a lot of compliments on it. Go see him 😎

My haircut with Adrian was honestly the best salon experience I've ever had. It was awesome to get to book an appointment specifically for a curly haircut! There was lots of time allotted and I didn't feel rushed at all. Adrian offered many accommodations that made my experience feel relaxing and therapeutic - dim lighting, no music or small talk, lots of check-ins about what they were doing. I usually leave a salon feeling completely overwhelmed and overstimulated, and this time I left feeling more calm than when I came in! Not to mention I absolutely love my haircut. HIGHLY recommend them!!
