Let me tell you she took the time to get to know my bone structure how your face shape is to make sure that the hairstyle that you want is going to make sense. My daughter booked Appt for my Bday gift as her and my family and friends wanted me to find a new Stylist and My introduction to Adrienne has been beyond AMAZING she and her Team are so Professional and Friendly. She I introduced me to a variety of techniques She's trained in to promote healthy hair . I will definitely make her my new Stylist She's Blessed with her Talent, Skills and Knowledge. Very Professional and Listens to her clients to make sure she's on the same page to achieve your goals and satisfaction.

Update from previous review re: Lash appointment. Shear Diva offered great customer service by rectifying the issue I had with a classic set. I appreciate their willingness to correct the matter and provide a senior lash tech (Tati) who did a great job on my lashes. The salon/spa is also beautiful and I'm happy to support. Customer service is delightful upon walk in and you get a full tour of the facility and services. Its truly a one stop shop for beauty services & I would highly recommend.

Words cannot express the service I received today! I am new to the area and I thank God for answered prayer! From the time I entered the salon he owner, Adriennne made me feel like family! Everyone was so nice. I needed someone who could do box braids and Tece did an amazing job. My hair looks amazing. This place is a 1 stop shop. Tomorrow I have an appointment for a massage and will also be getting my nails done. They are all so professional. Please make an appointment today! Ask for Tece, you will not be disappointed. The salon was clean. The Dallas Braider V shampooed, conditioned, moisturized, and braided my hair to perfection. The barber Jay gave me a sharp fade with a crisp razor line. I definitely recommend this location.

I was initially looking for a beauty supply store in the downtown area that I cld access by walking. Went online and found this location. Awesome staff! Miss Tony is A-Mazing! I walked in for a bundle of hair and she showed me the salon and I left with a beautiful top knot bun by TC. I had a dinner engagement that evening and it was perfect! I am so happy to find this full service salon right in my “backyard”. Lovely environment as well! The love is real! See you all soon! MJ~

The Dallas Braider Tece always have me looking fresh each and every time I step out her chair. She has amazing customer service and also ensures that the customer’s creative ideas are incorporated within the process.

This spa/salon is BEAUTIFUL and the amenities are a plus. The staff is beyond amazing the owner goes above and beyond for her clientele’s needs. My deep tissue massage was one the THE best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty) Rocky did an amazing job and gave me an amazing healing experience my body feels so much better and less knotted, I highly recommend this place and come a little early if you are not familiar with the area because it was a little hard to find parking away first.

The establishment was very clean. All of the employees were polite and friendly. I was offered refreshments before my styler shampooed and conditioned my hair. I definitely recommend this location.

Had some shoulder pain from sleeping on it & didn’t have full range of motion. After my deep tissue session with Rocky, I left feeling lighter overall, & no pain with full range of motion. My husband & I had an eventful day prior, walking about 12mi the previous day & tense from the 5hr drive. So glad I scheduled the appointment ahead of time for our visit & now we’re ready to continue exploring Dallas. Also, everyone at the salon is friendly & professional. Thanks Rocky & Shear Diva Artistry, we will definitely recommend & reschedule on our next trip to Dallas.
